For the production of pieces made of different synthetic material turned on the lathe conventional programme-controlled lathes are available. Pieces having a length up to 1000 mm and a diameter up to 300 mm can be produced.



Forming
For forming thermoplastic pieces of synthetic material most modern techniques is available. Cold beveling is as possible as forming after partial heating. For the production of tops, linings and covers made of acrylic, PC and PETG having a sheet strength up to 12 mm a modern furnace is available as well. It ios suitable for sizes up to 2000 x 1000 mm.

 

Polishing
The high-polish milling machine studded with natural diamonds serves for final machining suitable thermoplastic synthetic materials. It guarantees perfect surfaces. It often is used for cutting deges and surfaces of acrylic glass parts.
